NO CANCEL - Any canceled order will be refunded via credit by an e-giftcard and charged 25% for restocking fee to cover prolonged care of the bettas that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. Please make sure you are ready to recieve the fish and agree with transhipper fees before placing the order.
HOLDS - We will responsible to hold the fish here until next shipping schedule.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check emails for updates including the spam/junk folder, Please avoid using corporate accounts as more often then not, spam filters catch these emails. If you do not receive an order confirmation/shipping update email, please contact Zaga Farm at zagafarm99@gmail.com immediately to troubleshoot.
MARBLING - All bettas except solid color are assumed to have the marble genes. Marble, Koi, Blacklight, Blackstar, Avatar, Fancy, Multicolor, Candy, Galaxy, etc are all variations of the marble genes. Marble coloration is subject to change and can do so quickly. Zaga Farm is not responsible for fish marbling after it has been photographed. However, Zaga Farm does attempt to contact you if the change is exceptionalthe day before shipping. The fish will be sent as is if there is no response prior to shipping.
FIN CHEWING - Longfinned variety of bettas may have chance to chew their fins during transit. Zaga Farm is not responsible for any damage to finsoccuring in transit. If fin chewing occurs prior to shipping, the buyer will be contacted with an option to receive the fish or pick out a replacement.
QUARANTINE - Zaga farm quarantine the fish 3 days before shipping. Giving quarantine medicine for make sure the fish very healthy and bacteria free but It is your responsibility to quarantine again any fish from any source prior to adding them to your aquarium in the unlikely event the fish becomes ill in transit. It is also the buyer's responsibility to quarantine any fish, plants, or inverts from outside sources prior to adding them to your betta's aquarium.
BETTA CARE - It is the buyer's responsibility to research the proper care of bettas and provide a proper environment including heated and clean water. Zaga Farm is not responsible for buyer's negligence. Zaga Farm are selectively bred and can be more sensitive then box stores fish that have somehow survived neglect and mistreatment. Please also be mindful of shocking your cycle when adding large numbers of fish such as bettas sororities to your setup and increase water changes as needed. Zaga Farm recommends Fritz Turbo Start refrigerated bacteria starter to quickly cycle or supplement the beneficial bacteria in your aquarium. Zaga Farm feeds all fish with frozen daphnia, bloodworms and sometimes pellets. An adjustment period to flakes and pellets may be necessary before your fish recognizes them as food. Zaga Farm recommends a varied diet. If pellets or flakes are preferred, please use a high quality brand, Zaga Farm recommends Fluval Bug Bites betta formula. Please avoid feeding low quality foods with high filler. Tetra foods in particular should be avoided.
