How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated while checkout based on your quantity items in your order. Transhipping cost $7 each fish. This shipping cost only include until your transhipper hands.
Are any purchases final sale?
As buying a live animal is considered a commitment, we do not allow returns on any live Betta fish. Additionally, all cancellations are subject to a 8% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your transhipper schedule.
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
We provide an 100% Live Arrival Guarantee for Betta fish orders. If your Betta fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the fish in the original, unopened shipping bag.
Important: While our Live Arrival Guarantee applies, we take every precaution to ensure they arrive safely. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the healthiest and most vibrant fish possible! Special moment in winter, guarantee applies only for overnight delivery!
How Long Can Betta Fish Survive During Shipping?
Betta fish are known for their hardiness, but their survival during shipping depends on various factors such as distance, packaging, and shipping conditions. Typically, Betta fish can survive for up to 8 days during shipping. But this is not a guaranteed timeframe.
