Zaga Farm does overseas shipments around the world through Transhipper Service in that country.

  • Fish are located in Indonesia and will be shipped from Indonesia by JBG Transhipping Service, which will help forward the fish using airport live fish cargo to the destination transhipper partner in the buyer country.

  • Fish will arrive at the airport in the buyer's country, not directly at the buyer's door. Transhipper will handle the import process so the fish can legally enter the buyer's country, then they will help forward the fish to the buyer's address.

  • Dead-on-Arrival Guarantee, please read Shipping Policy.

  • Fish will ship to the transhipper in the buyer's country depending on the transhipper's shipment schedule, which will ship 1-3 times a month. So shipment follows the transhipper's schedule. Check shipping schedule here

If this is your first time buying live fish imported from overseas, please READ CAREFULLY. Any EXTRA DOMESTIC SHIPPING and IMPORT FEE that needs to be paid directly to transhipper in the customer's country for the delivery of the fish to the customer's address. We ship the fish until transhipper hands ( AIRPORT CARGO ) not directly to the customer door.
