📌 How International Shipping Works

  1. Direct Shipment from Indonesia:
    Your fish are packed with export-grade care and flown from Indonesia via JBG Transhipping Service to an official transhipper in your destination country.

  2. Import & Local Delivery:
    The local transhipper handles custom clearances and legal import processes, then safely delivers the fish directly to your doorstep.

  3. Shipment Schedule:
    Export flights run 1 to 3 times a month depending on your country's transhipper schedule. (Check the active shipping schedule on our website before ordering).

⚠️ Important Note About Shipping Fees

When buying live fish internationally, your total payment is split into two parts:

  • Paid to Zaga Farm: The cost of the fish + initial export shipping to the destination country's airport cargo.

  • Paid to Your Local Transhipper: Any extra import handling fees, and local delivery charges in your country are paid directly to your chosen transhipper.

Pro Tip Before Ordering: Please contact your local transhipper first to confirm their local handling fee and delivery costs to your address.

🛒 Step-by-Step Ordering Process

1.Choose Your Transhipper : Mandatory Step.
Contact your preferred local transhipper to check their schedule and confirm local handling/shipping fees.

2.Select Your Fish & Checkout : Add to Cart.
Browse our collection and add your chosen fish to the cart. During checkout, write your Transhipper's Name in the "Special Instructions" box, or email it to zagafarm99@gmail.com.

3.Complete Payment & Track :
Complete your order. We will prepare your fish and transfer them to the export carrier according to the shipping schedule. You will receive updates once your fish are on their way!
