We are not accept any return for the fish.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY TO RECIEVE THE FISH AND AGREE WITH TRANSHIPPER FEES BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER! FISH COME FROM INDONESIA, NEED TRANSHIPPING SERVICES FOR HELP YOUR IMPORT PROCESS AND FORWARD THE FISH TO YOUR ADRESS.

Any canceled order because of customer fault that not reading well before order will charged 3% for restocking fee from total amount paid to cover prolonged care of the bettas that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. If you do payment with paypal , paypal will not refund the 5% transaction fees for the canceled transaction. So total refund amount for canceled order will be = (total amount you paid - 8%).
