SHIPPING POLICY & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
At Zaga Farm, we take extreme care in packaging and preparing your Betta fish for international transport. We are committed to delivering healthy, vibrant fish safely to your hands.
1. Shipping Rates & Process

Shipping Cost at Checkout: Export shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order quantity (typically around $7 per fish for export processing to the transhipper).

Scope of Shipping Fee: The shipping fee paid on zagafarm.com covers transport up to your local transhipper (airport cargo).

Local Delivery & Import Fees: Any domestic shipping within your country and local import handling fees must be paid directly to your chosen transhipper.
2. Delivery Times & Order Cancellation

Delivery Schedule: Delivery dates depend entirely on your transhipper’s export flight schedule (usually 1–3 times per month). Once your fish are shipped, you will receive an email update.

Order Cancellations: All sales of live animals are final once processed. Any cancellation before shipment is subject to an 8% (Paypal + restocking fee). Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. 100% Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee on all Betta fish orders.
In the rare event that your fish arrives Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), please follow these simple steps to claim your guarantee:

Notify Us Promptly: Contact us via email (zagafarm99@gmail.com) or WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery.

Provide Photo/Video Evidence: Send clear photos and/or a short video showing the fish inside the original, unopened bag.

Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement fish on next shipment or process a refund/store credit according to your preference.
⚠️ Important Winter Season Note: During cold winter months, the Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if you choose overnight delivery with your local transhipper.
4. How Long Can Bettas Survive Transport?
Betta fish are hardy creatures and can safely travel up to 8-10 days in specialized export packaging. We monitor weather conditions and use proper heat/ice packs to keep your fish safe throughout their journey.
