When you buy from Zaga Farm, we ship your fish from Indonesia to an authorized Transhipper (import agent) in your destination country. The transhipper clears customs, safely unpacks, feeds, re-packs, and sends the fish directly to your door.

• Two Shipping Fees: Your total shipping costs consist of the Export Fee (paid to us at checkout) and the Local Transhipper Fee (paid directly to your local transhipper upon arrival).

• Guaranteed Live Arrival: All fish shipped through our official transhippers are covered under our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee.

🔄 Simple 4-Step Shipping Process

1. Place Your Order: Select your Betta and complete the checkout process on our website.

2. Export Processing: We prepare health certificates, quarantine the fish, and ship them on the next scheduled export date.

3. Customs & Clearance: Our transhipper receives the shipment, handles customs, and inspects each fish.

4. Final Delivery: Pay the local transhipper fee, and your fish will be delivered safely to your home.
